Here comes summer

What a great day today was - me and my boy went on a lovely sunny day out. I had a little trip down memory lane when i parked outside my old bedsit in King Edward Road, remembering the launderette, pub and the telephone box (which was mine - and has now gone!!) Then we went off to Victoria Park for our picnic, setting out the blanket and range of food, we had a lovely time basquing in the sun. Cam had a game of footie with a couple of lads and their grand dad, then the whole park got invaded by a sworm of kids wearing blue t-shirts, from bonymaen kids initiative....so after having a nose at why there was a paramedic by the old men playing bowling we went off to the beach. Sat with a nice ice cream cone, and got chatting again to more friendly folk of Swansea... and what a small city this is - turns out the person i was talking to was the mother of someone i was in primary school with - how amazing!! Her grandaughter and Cam went off to the sea for a paddle and played hide n seek before heading off home.... and as i type - where is Cam.... FASTO sleeping in the car ZZZzzzzzzz worn out.
